A member of our SEMPRIS team since 2021, next in our ‘Meet the Team’ series is Account Executive Jeanette Hoskins.
Jeanette says: “My current day-to-day work involves talking directly to new business customers, giving them all the information they need to appreciate the high level of protection and all the benefits a SEMPRIS policy will provide them with.
I also help existing members with their renewals, sending out renewal reminders, following up to obtain any missing information and supplying customers with their policies. It’s also my daily responsibility to ensure our customer data is correct and up-to-date.
As well as communicating with members, I also deal directly with our underwriters, and am responsible for ensuring all Premier League staff lists are up-to-date (removing and adding staff when required) and assisting with any enquiries regarding the PL policy.
My favourite thing about the role is talking to clients, ensuring they have the best indemnity available to them. I really enjoy all the Premier League work. And data inputting!”
