You’ll likely have spoken to them at some point over the years, but how much do you know about our SEMPRIS team?
One of our ‘Three Musketeers’, and a member of our SEMPRIS team since 2019, next in our ‘Meet the Team’ series is Client Executive Stephanie Cook.
Stephanie says: “I have been with SEMPRIS for 7 years now 😊
My day-to-day role is to ensure all our members have someone to talk to, either at the end of the phone or over email. Whether it’s dealing with questions about their existing policy or providing support with their policy renewal, I’m here to help make their SEMPRIS experience as smooth as possible.
Daily administrative tasks include updating details for individual and corporate polices, data spreadsheets and producing formal documentation for members. I liaise with our underwriters and keep members regularly updated with anything SEMPRIS related.
My favourite things about my role are:
- I’m lucky enough to be a part of a great team, Jeanette and Jessica and myself – The Three Musketeers!
- No two days are the same and even to this very day, questions still arise from members that I have never been asked before! The role is varied and can be challenging at times, which I enjoy.
- Talking on the phone to members, learning about what it is they do and require medical indemnity for; then being able to explain about SEMPRIS and the gold standard cover we provide, knowing we are offering a fantastic product that they can benefit from.”
